This stylish double horseshoe ring is a fabulous piece from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! A popular style during the Victorian period, this beautiful ring, which is crafted in 14k gold and topped in sterling silver, depicts two interlocking horseshoes. The front surface of each horseshoe is encrusted with bead-set old European cut diamonds. A small round-cut ruby is nestled between each of the horseshoes. Each ruby has a lovely deep red hue, and is held within a six-prong setting. The shoulders of the ring feature a split-design, and the remainder of the band is smooth and simple. A lovely Victorian-era piece, this ring would be the perfect gift for any equestrian!
Measurements: The ring is a size 7, but could be re-sized up or down if desired. The horseshoe centerpiece measures approximately 3/8" wide and just under 3/4" tall. The gold band measures 2.4mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or sterling silver setting. All of the diamonds and rubies are secure and intact.
