A gorgeous ruby and diamond cluster ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This outstanding ring is crafted in vibrant 14k gold. At the center is a gorgeous Burma ruby, which is a cushion cut faceted ruby weighing approximately 0.50ctw. The luscious ruby is untreated, displaying a vivid natural color that is simply breathtaking in person! A border of delicate mine cut diamonds surrounds the center ruby, forming a sparkling halo. The diamonds are prong set and weigh approximately 0.50ctw. Completing the design is a slim, rounded gold band. This beautiful ring would make a stunning antique gemstone ring, or would look incredible worn on special occasions!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 7 1/4 but could be resized. The ruby and diamond centerpiece measures approximately 3/8" wide and tall, and rests about 1/8" above the finger when worn. The gold band measures approximately 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold and sterling silver setting. The natural ruby and mine cut diamonds are intact, securely set, and free of chips or surface scratches.
