Victorian 14k Braided Chain Tassel Dangle Earrings

A fabulous pair of sterling tassel earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14k gold, each dangling earring hangs from a simple earring wire attached to a large gold bead surmount. Hanging from the surmount is a gold-beaded cap from which ten braided tassels dangle freely. The bottom of each tassel features a small gold ball. When worn, they frame the face beautifully and have lovely movement! Perfect for everyday wear, they would make a fun and stylish accessory for any collection.

Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 2 1/4" long and are 1/4" at the widest and thickest point.

Condition: The overall condition of the earrings is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the dangling tassel links are intact and the earring wires are secure and in good working condition.
