A beautiful turquoise necklace from the Late Victorian (ca1900s) era! This lovely and feminine piece is crafted in 14kt yellow gold and comprised of four oval-shaped turquoise cabochon stones. All of the stones are set in a dainty golden bezel, three on the main necklace chain and one hanging as a pendant below. Two chains drape from the side stones to the central drop, elegantly contouring the neckline. The turquoise varies slightly in color with green, cream, and rich golden brown hues. Natural mineral spider webbing enhances each stone. A simple spring clasp (marked 14K) can be found at the back. It's a wonderful piece that would look great worn day or night!
Measurements: The necklace measures approximately 19" in length and the central drop measures about 2" from the top of the center stone to the bottom of the drop. The turquoise links range slightly in size with the smallest measuring about 13/16" long and 1/2" wide and the largest measuring 1" long and 3/4" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the turquoise or to the gold setting and chain. The clasp is secure and in good working condition.
