A wonderful pendant necklace from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! This lovely piece is crafted platinum with 14kt yellow gold accents and displays a beautiful light green chrysoberyl at the center. Sparkling old Mine Cut diamonds decorate the prongs that allow the approximate 1.00ct chrysoberyl to be suspended within the center of the pendant, creating a mesmerizing floating appeal. The sides of the pendant display circular and triangular platinum wirework and gold craftsmanship accents can be seen on the back. The pendant hangs from a modern 14kt white gold chain, perfectly completing the stunning look. This lovely piece would be a wonderful addition to any collection!
Measurements: The pendant measures 1/2 wide and nearly 3/4" tall. The chain is approximately 16" long.
Condition: The pendant necklace is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum and 14kt setting. The chrysoberyl and diamonds are all intact and securely set. The chain and its spring-ring are secure and in good working condition.
