A breathtaking sapphire and diamond ring from the Edwardian (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 18k gold and platinum, this ring features a central .30ct sapphire. The round sapphire is held within a bead setting, and displays a wonderful deep, rich blue hue. The sapphire is encircled by a halo of mine cut diamonds, which also rest within bead settings. Overall, the diamonds have an approximate total carat weight of 1ctw, and display H/I color and VS-SI1 clarity. The shoulders of the ring feature an ellipse-shaped cutout design, and the remainder of the band features a simple ribbed design. A wonderful halo ring, this piece would make a lovely engagement ring or anniversary gift!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75, but could be easily resized up or down if desired. The band measures 2.85mm.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or platinum setting. The sapphire and diamonds are all secure and intact.
