An absolutely stunning line bracelet from the Edwardian (ca1910) era! Crafted in 14k yellow gold and platinum, this bracelet is composed of 36 box-shaped links. Two of the links feature French cut sapphires, which rest within a milgrained bezel setting. Nestled between the two sapphires is another link which holds a single cut diamond held within a bead setting. The remaining links are decorated with intricate etchings, which incorporate scrolling motifs and ellipses. The bracelet secures with a hidden push clasp, and features an additional safety chain and latch. The interior of the bracelet is stamped with an "LK", "14K" purity mark, a diamond, and with an illegible maker's mark. A wonderful example of Edwardian-era craftsmanship, this bracelet would make a lovely addition to any antique jewelry collection!
Measurements: The bracelet measures just over 7.5" long. Each link is approximately 1/4" tall and 1/4" wide, and has a depth of 1/8".
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no serious damage to the gold or platinum setting, and all of the stones are secure and intact. The hidden push clasp, safety chain, and safety latch are secure and in working order.
