An incredible diamond line bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in 14k gold and topped with platinum, this gorgeous piece is comprised of 13 total links, four of which are adorned with six glittering old rose cut diamonds, eight of which adorned with five diamonds. The clasp features an additional five stones on the female end and a single stone decorating the male end. The sparkling diamonds are in shared bead settings within hinged box links to create a straight and flexible design, each box delicately milgrained to catch the light. The stones are graduated to give an elegant, sloping look to the bracelet. Collectively, the overall approximate diamond weight of the piece is 1.50ctw between the 54 stones. The bracelet fastens with a discrete push clasp hidden within one link and a figure-8 latch further secures the piece. This wonderful design would look beautiful worn alone or grouped with other complementary line bracelets!
Measurements: The bracelet measures approximately 6 3/4" long and is 2.25mm wide at the back, which slowly graduates to 4mm at the front.
Condition: The bracelet is overall in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold or platinum settings. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set. The push clasp and the figure-8 latch are all in good working condition.
