A unique ring from the Art Nouveau (ca1910s) era! Crafted in 14kt white gold, this ring adorns a glowing blue-toned opal. The bezel-set opal exhibits a subtle rainbow and is enhanced by fine milgraining and a twisted wire design. The sides of the ring display rose gold blossoms and a detailed sparrow on each side. Four yellow gold leaves line each side of the ring's band below the birds, tapering into a smooth band. The inside of the band is marked with a diamond and "14K" twice. This feminine design is perfect for any opal enthusiast!
Measurements: The ring fits a finger size of 4 1/2 but could easily be resized. The ring measures 13/16" long, 9/16" wide (between the sparrows), and rests 3/16" above the finger when worn.
Condition: The ring is in excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the mixed metal setting. The opal is free of chips and scratches and is securely set.
