A stunning Art Deco style sapphire engagement ring! Made of platinum, this fabulous piece features an exquisite 1.50ct sapphire at the center. The sapphire rests within a crown-like prong setting and displays a magnificent rich blue shade. Lining the shoulders of the mounting are 6 sparkling diamonds, which are bead set and surrounded by delicate milgrained detail. These stones have a total approximate weight of 0.40ctw, with H-I range color and VS2-SI1 range clarity. Beautiful antique style engraving travels along the sides of the band, adding a lovely accent that completes the feminine design. This gorgeous design would make a spectacular gemstone engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of a 5.25 but it could easily be re-sized. The sapphire rests approximately 1/4" above the finger when worn. The tapered band measures 2mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The sapphire and accent diamonds are intact and securely set.
