A beautiful diamond and sapphire ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! This gorgeous piece is crafted in platinum, and features a central .63ct mine cut diamond held within a four-prong setting. The stone displays I/J color and SI2 clarity. The shoulders of the ring feature six French cut sapphires, which beautifully complement the platinum setting of the piece. The gallery and shoulders of the ring are decorated with intricate scrolling motif cutout designs, and the top and bottom edge of the ring feature dainty bead set diamonds. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the ring is stamped "PLATINUM". A wonderful Art Deco piece, this ring would make a lovely engagement ring or anniversary gift!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 5.75 could be easily re-sized. The centerpiece measures 1/4" tall and 1/2" wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The diamond and sapphire stones are secure and intact.
