An incredible and unique quartz ring from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! This bold piece is crafted in 18k white gold and features a large emerald cut quartz stone at the center. The transparent stone rests in four double-prong settings. The open-back quartz has a slight shimmering quality that is reflected beautifully in the light with every turn, and the combination of the quartz against the white gold of the piece is simply breathtaking. The shoulders and gallery of the ring are adorned with intricate cut-out designs and migrain details. The inside of the shank is stamped "18k". This statement ring creates a fabulous and bold look when worn, and would make a striking addition to any fashionista's collection!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size scant 5.5 but can be resized. The centerpiece measures slightly more than 6/8" tall, and a little more than 1/2" wide, and rests about 1/4" above the finger when worn. The graduated band measures 1mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the white gold setting. The quartz stone is intact and securely set.
