An exquisite diamond cluster ring from the Edwardian era (ca1910)! This gorgeous ring is crafted in platinum and has an elegant flower-inspired design. A 1.10ct French Cut diamond rests at the center, surrounded by a border of diamonds that adorn the "petals." The center stone is bezel set and has estimated L color and VS2 clarity. Each of the delicate accent diamonds within the halo is bead set, and fine airline cutouts separate the petals, accentuating their soft shape. Completing the design is a smooth platinum band, which is stamped with a small hallmark and "IRID PLAT" inside. When worn, the ring is simply breathtaking. It would look incredible worn on special occasions, or it could make a unique engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.5, but could easily be re-sized up or down. The diamond centerpiece measures 1/2" in diameter and rests about 1/4" high. The band measures 2mm wide.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides some surface wear at the back of the band, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. The existing surface wear is minor and not noticeable when the ring is worn. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
