An incredible pair of earrings from the Victorian (ca1880s) era! Crafted in 14kt yellow gold, these stunning earrings show Holland Rose Cut diamonds that glitter in a cluster formation. The earrings have open backs and in total, the 20 diamond stones have an approximate weight of 3.30ctw. The sparkling diamonds are prong-set and catch the light brilliantly, and the earrings hang from simple 14kt yellow gold wires. This beautiful pair of earrings would be an impressive and elegant addition to any collection.
Measurements: The earrings hang approximately 1 1/8” in length, including the earring wire. The diamond cluster design measures slightly more than 5/8" in diameter and about 11/32" deep.
Condition: The earrings are in very good antique condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold settings. One of the diamonds is cracked and easily disguised by the Holland Rose Cut design, but it is securely set and it does not detract from their overall beauty. All of the other diamonds are intact and securely set. The lever backings are secure and in good working condition.
