A stunning diamond engagement ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930) era! Crafted in platinum, this gorgeous piece features a stunning Old Mine Cut Cushion Cut diamond at its center that weighs approximately 2.01ct and displays I color and SI2 clarity, sparkling beautifully in a milgrained bezel setting. Resting at either shoulder are 4 single cut diamonds weighing approximately .08ctw with a delicate cutout in the center. A gorgeous floral etching decorates both sides of the bezel and two additional accent diamonds adorn either the sides of the shoulders. Finishing the design is a smoothly polished band that graduates slightly towards the back.The ring was appraised by an independent and accredited GIA-certified Graduate Gemologist in May 2024 and has a stated retail replacement value of $25,000.00. It looks absolutely stunning when worn and would make a fabulous engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring is a finger size 6.5, however, it could easily be resized. The diamond centerpiece measures about 3/8" wide and a little more than 1/4" tall and rests approximately 1/4" above the finger when worn. The graduated band measures 1mm at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting. All of the diamonds are intact and securely set.
