A gorgeous festoon-style amber necklace from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! This elegant piece is crafted in gold filled brass and comprised of an array of nugget shaped amber beads that connect at their corners to create a striking bib design. Each amber bead is different in shape and faceted on all sides. They're held by small jump rings that make this necklace quite the statement piece. Measurements: The necklace measures 16.25" in total length. Each amber bead measures 5/16" to 1/2" long and wide. The necklace is 4 inches wide at bottom of necklace and 1 inch wide at the top.
Condition: The overall condition of this necklace is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the Amber beads or with gold filled jump rings or catch of necklace.
