An exquisite turquoise and diamond navette ring from the Victorian (ca1880) era! This gorgeous piece is crafted in 14kt rose gold and adorns a relatively long navette-style centerpiece. Five stunning Persian turquoise cabochons line the center, graduating in size and exhibiting beautiful sky blue hues. A sparkling border of old Rose Cut diamonds surround the lovely blue stones, catching the light brilliantly with every turn. Resting on either shoulder is a sparkling accent diamond held in a lovely chevron shaped box setting, finishing the wonderful design. A smoothly polished band graduates slightly towards the back, and attached to the inside of the shank is a horseshoe collar to keep the ring from moving side to side. A fabulous Victorian piece, this outstanding ring blends seamlessly into modern fashion and would look wonderful worn day or night!

Measurements: At the current state with the horseshoe collar inside, the ring can accommodate a finger size 5, however, it could be resized. Additionally, the collar could be removed if desired. The navette-shaped centerpiece measures approximately 1 1/4" tall and a little more than 1/4" wide, and rests 1/4" above the finger when worn. The graduated band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.

Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of diamonds and the turquoise stone are intact and securely set. Due to the hand cut nature of old Rose Cut diamonds, the shape of the stones do not have perfect symmetry.
