WACHENHEIMER Art Deco Sterling Carnelian & Onyx Link Bracelet
A stylish link bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920s) era! Crafted in sterling silver, this bracelet is comprised of alternating carnelian and onyx links. Each stone is hand cut and prong set within an open backed frame. Sterling spacer links rest in between the stones, adding flexibility to the design. The pairing of the solid black onyx and translucent orange carnelian is quite striking, making a bold and colorful appearance! When worn, the bracelet wraps comfortably around the wrist, fastening with a push clasp disguised within the final link. Stamped on the underside of the clasp is a "STERLING" mark and the "WACHENHEIMER" signature hallmark. A perfect everyday bracelet, it would look fantastic worn alone or paired with other complimentary pieces for a layered look!
Measurements: The bracelet measures 7" long, and would fit nicely on a medium/average sized wrist. The carnelian links measure 5/8" long, 3/8" wide, and 1/8" thick. The onyx links measure 5/16" across and 1/8" thick.
Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterling silver setting. All of the carnelian and onyx stones are intact, securely set, and free of chips or scratches. The clasp fastens securely and is in good working condition.
