SKU: 36525

$795
An unusual Celluloid bracelet from the Art Deco (ca1920) era! This striking piece is comprised of crescent-shaped Celluloid panels that have been stacked and hinged to form a unique fence link bracelet. The Celluloid has a marbled look with luscious soft green and pale yellow hues that swirl and blend together beautifully. There are three rows of Celluloid panels, each of which alternates with a row of curved brass hinges. The brass gives the piece an attractive metallic touch and compliments the look of the colorful Celluloid panels.  At the back of the bracelet is a simple push clasp, allowing the piece to easily open and close for a comfortable and secure fit. A wonderful addition for any Celluloid collector, it has a great look and would add a colorful touch to any ensemble!

Measurements: When opened and fully extended, the bracelet measures 7" long. When closed, the inside of the bracelet (where a wrist would rest) measures approximately 2 3/8" wide and 2 1/8" tall. The front section measures 1 1/8" tall, and the sides measure 5/8" tall.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. There is only minimal surface wear, including a small chip to the underside of one of the Celluloid panels, which normal for a Deco piece and not noticeable when worn. The brass hinges are in good condition, and the push clasp is secure and in good working condition.
