Crafted in 18kt yellow gold, this stunning ring features a cluster centerpiece comprised of a border of diamonds which encircle a Rose Cut moonstone at the center. The stunning and unusual Rose Cut moonstone is prong set with a closed back and displays a translucent appearance with a strong iridescent blue flash. Surrounding the center stone is a border of eight old Mine Cut diamonds which complete the incredible clustered design. The prong set diamonds, have a total approximate weight of 1.00ctw and display J-K range color and VS-SI range clarity. Completing the design is a smoothly polished band that graduates slightly towards the back, where stamped inside of the shank is an "18K" gold purity mark along with a pair of hand engraved initials and commemorative date. The design is simply breathtaking in person, boasting a bright and lively appearance that sparkles at every turn and the piece would look incredible worn on special occasions, or as a unique antique engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size 5.5, but could easily be re-sized. The diamond cluster measures slightly less than 1/2" in diameter, and rests about 1/4" above the finger when worn. The band measures 1.5mm wide at the back.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting or to any of the diamonds or moonstone, all of which are intact and securely set.
