Art Deco Platinum Sapphire + Diamond Ring 1.82ct center
An outstanding sapphire and diamond ring from the late Art Deco (ca1930s) era! This gorgeous piece is crafted in platinum and holds a natural Emerald Cut sapphire stone at the center. The prong set sapphire weighs approximately 1.82ct and displays an exquisite blue hue. Gracing the shoulders of the ring are two Baguette Cut and two round Brilliant Cut diamonds, which create a beautiful, sparkling array to perfectly compliment the sapphire. Collectively, the accent diamonds have an approximate total weight of 0.34ctw, with F-G range color and VS range clarity. A simple, smooth band completes the beautiful design and the inside shank is stamped with ".100IRID .900PLAT" along side the number "51654." The ring comes with an appraisal issued by an independent and accredited GIA certified Graduate Gemologist in September 2020, and has a stated retail replacement value of $2,500.00. A simply magnificent sapphire ring, it looks stunning when worn and would make a perfect everyday piece or a spectacular gemstone engagement ring!
Measurements: The ring has a finger size of 6.75 but could easily be resized.
Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the platinum setting, and the sapphire and all of the diamonds are intact.
