Late Art Deco 14kt Gold Triangular Onyx Link Bracelet

SKU: 40021

$3,495

A fabulous and unusual onyx link bracelet from the late Art Deco (circa 1930s) era! This gorgeous piece features 14 triangular shaped onyx stones which are set in 14kt rose gold. The onyx stones have a carved surface with an attractive 3-step tiered design. The bottom "steps" have a matte finish and the top, larger section has a glossy finish, creating an interesting yet subtle contrast. Each stone is bezel set in a rose gold frame and running along the flat sides of each triangular link is a slightly wider gold surface. The triangular links connect at a hinge and alternate in direction, creating a strong geometric pattern which carries around the entire length of the piece. The clasp is hidden within one of the onyx links and there is a safety chain for added security. Additionally, on the underside of the clasp are 3 hand engraved hallmarks including "14K", ©, and π. Extremely comfortable to wear, this stunning bracelet would look beautiful worn alone or grouped with other complimentary bracelets.

Measurements: The bracelet measures a little less than 7 3/4" long, is 3/4" wide and a little more than 1/8" thick.

Condition: The overall condition of the bracelet is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the onyx stones or to the gold setting. The clasp and safety chain is secure and in good working condition.
