This beautiful vintage ring is a wonderful example of Irish Claddagh jewelry! The ring is made of 9kt gold and depicts the iconic, traditional Claddagh symbol. At the center is a heart with a royal crown resting on top. Two hands on either side of the heart complete the design, and a simple, smooth band forms the back of the ring. There are several hallmarks stamped inside the shank, including: "S.D", "375," and 2 small symbols that are Irish hallmarks. Stamped on the back of the Claddagh centerpiece is "MADE IN IRELAND." Measurements: The ring has an extra large finger size 6.75, but could be adjusted up or down if necessary. The Claddagh centerpiece measures 3/8” tall.
Condition: The overall condition of the piece is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold mounting. There is a slight patina on the surface of the gold, which is normal but could be polished for a brighter look if desired.
